Yuliia Ovcharyk: Merging Traditional Design with Digital Innovation
I am Yuliia Ovcharik, a fashion designer with over 20 years of experience in traditional garment construction. Transitioning from physical tailoring and pattern-making to digital fashion, I have transformed my expertise into a foundation for creating innovative 3D designs. For the past two and a half years, I have been working in the digital sphere, using Blender, Style3D, Substance Painter, and also having experience with ZBrush.
What sets me apart is my ability to envision structure and form at the conceptual stage, seamlessly blending classic skills with the possibilities of digital tools. I don’t just create 3D clothing—I redefine fashion itself, exploring its existence in the metaverse, augmented reality, and NFT spaces.
My work has been showcased on international runways at Digital Fashion Week in New York, London, Paris, Milan, Zurich, and Berlin. I am a finalist of The Rookies Awards, a participant of Fashion Cube in Lisbon, Fashion Metaverse Conference, Bit Basel in Miami, and other global events.
My mission is to merge the real and the virtual, crafting fashion that transcends physical limitations while maintaining deep meaning, a unique style, and masterful execution.
